I have been listening and reading this free program on the internet called "The Unlimited You". It's a self-empowerment program that teaches people how to use their minds to take greater control of their lives, goals and ambitions.

It also covers things such as meditation, goal-setting, intuition, healing and the power of your mind to shape your dreams.

It also includes a free guided meditation audio that you must listen to.

I have tried it out myself and was very impressed.
